About the Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience:
* Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
* A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
* Leadership qualities – you’re a motivator, team player, and positive role model
* High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
* Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
* Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
* Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
* Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
* Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
* Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
* Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
