Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality mental health support and counseling services to individuals and groups.

* Collaborate closely with aged care facilities, families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to mental wellbeing.
* Engage in professional development and supervision to maintain growth and excellence in service delivery.
About You:
* You have a strong background in mental health and a passion for supporting older adults.
* You possess experience in individual counseling therapy, focusing on mental health, trauma, and family conflict.
* You are knowledgeable about mental health recovery principles, the social model of health, and community networks.
* You are familiar with therapeutic approaches such as ACT, mindfulness, and brief therapy.
Qualifications:
* A minimum Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field is required.
* Annual registration and/or membership of a professional body must be maintained.
