About the client
Our client is a locally based accounting firm on the Sunshine Coast who provides personalised services to small-to-medium businesses and self-managed super funds. 
With a down-to-earth, hands-on approach, they ensure clients deal directly with their accountant, supported by a team that promotes accountability and continuity. 
What you will be doing:
As an administration officer you will assist with office support, customer service and helping with any walk ins, booking appointments, answering phone calls and emails, helping with document control, sending out communications, assisting to process payments. 
What you will need 
- Minimum 2 years experience in an admin position 
- Proficient experience with XERO and/or accounting system (desirable)
- Strong customer service
- Technically proficient
- Able to commit to long term role.
