Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to maintain and develop robust customer relationships.
This is a critical role where you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment in line with regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the organisation to provide exceptional service to customers.
* Provide corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment and software upgrades.
* Participate in sales processes and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships.
* Manage and support technical escalations through to resolution.
* Provide best-in-class service to customers with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
* Familiarity with medical equipment like Ultrasound and Diagnostic X-Ray is desirable.
* A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defense Force.
* Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A full AU driver's license and Australian working rights.
