We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Services Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the relationship with key partners, providing technical advice and guidance on cinema projection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support:
1. Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, including conducting technical presentations and assisting with product demonstrations.
2. Offer post-sales technical support, assisting with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
2. Product Knowledge:
1. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our full range of cinema projection solutions, including laser technology and automation systems.
2. Stay updated on advancements in projector technologies such as Laser/ LED technology and DCI standards.
3. Collaboration:
1. Collaborate with the sales team, resellers, and partners to share technical knowledge and provide training sessions on our solutions.
2. Act as a liaison between the sales and Service escalation departments, providing customer feedback and technical insights that contribute to product development and improvement.
4. Client Communication:
1. Communicate closely with Clients to maintain the My Barco Help Desk and assure KPI are maintained regarding first-time response and customer satisfaction.
2. Responsible for documenting escalated issues and communicating progress to Management.
