About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to join the team in Dubbo.
As the Fleet Coordinator you will be accountable and responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all fleet plant and equipment servicing and maintenance to a standard which meets all legislative and regulatory requirements for the safe operational compliance with all relevant industry and business needs.
The Fleet Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring professional support and advice for all customers, stakeholders and sponsors with emphasis on adding commercial and operational value to the business.
Further to the role the coordinator will also ensure that all fleet assets are maintained to an optimum level ensuring work carried out by contractors provides value for money.
About You
You will bring professionalism, enthusiasm and initiative to provide a high level of customer support. The role requires a good level of administration acumen and the ability to travel to areas across NSW.
Customer focussed, safety oriented and being aligned to company values are the minimum attributes required to perform this role at the level required.
Required Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Automotive Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and relevant qualifications.
* Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence.
* Attainment and ongoing successful maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licenses, authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role.
