The role
We are currently seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Change Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end delivery of technology and process changes within a secure environment.
Candidates must possess a minimum of an active NV1 Security Clearance to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver key implementation activities, including impact assessments and readiness tracking.
- Develop high-quality supporting documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support cutover planning, issue tracking, and hypercare execution.
- Monitor post-implementation adoption and mitigate delivery risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in operational change or project delivery roles within structured program environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and technical teams.
- Experience in secure environments, Telecommunications, or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
