Job Description
As the Office Administrator at Pillow Talk, you'll play an integral role in the customer service and organisational strength of our company.
You'll provide a broad range of administrative support, but most notably you'll be the face of the business, where you'll welcome and direct visitors, coordinate meetings and appointments, and re-direct general calls and emails.
You'll additionally be responsible for the leasing administration and building maintenance activity across our expanding store network, with a view to enabling operational excellence, and ensuring our stores are able to trade safely and securely.

You'll be the face of thebrand, with immaculate personal presentation and professionalism
Highly personable, with the ability to put people at ease
Demonstrated capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally
Highly developed organisational and time management skills
Some experience in commercial facility management - organising and coordinating works to be carried out
Supporting adhoc activities and projects as requested by the Executive Assistant
