Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day financial operations.
* Prepare and analyse financial statements.
* Manage inventory and operational accounting activities.
* Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
* Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
* Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable team.
* Collaborate with external auditors and ensure successful completion of audits.
* Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
* Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
* Professional qualification such as CPA or CA.
* Experience leading and managing a team.
* Exposure to product‑related industry (FMCG, manufacturing).
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and budgeting.
* Audit background preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
