The Opportunity:
Gong Cha Australia Pty Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the operations of 3 to 5 retail stores across our Sydney network. This is a key leadership role that ensures each store meets company standards, achieves sales targets, and provides exceptional customer experiences.
Duties:
Manage and monitor the daily operations of 3 to 5 Gong Cha retail stores to ensure consistent brand standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
Evaluate the performance of Shop Supervisors and their teams through regular assessments, store visits, and KPI tracking (e.g., sales, customer feedback, compliance).
Develop and implement region-wide sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis for senior management.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Shop Supervisors. Provide coaching, succession planning, and leadership development across multiple stores.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure all stores are properly stocked. Review and optimise inventory turnover and stock accuracy across locations.
Prepare and manage store-level budgets, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements. Conduct audits and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
