About the Role
Senior Designer / Senior Architect – responsible for the design delivery of high-quality projects with a particular focus on construction detailing, supporting the team in the design and delivery of an international airport.
What you'll do
* Lead packages and small teams end to end or lead a small project.
* Act as a key contact for clients and consultants, building strong long‐term relationships.
* Role‐model Architectus culture and values, and provide valued input to studio initiatives.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and research in your sector to incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
* Manage delivery of approved technical and design document production.
What you'll bring
* 7+ years post‐graduate experience, registration preferred.
* Airport/Aviation experience highly desired; complex project experience a must.
* Comfortable with coaching, leading and developing junior team members.
* Experience acting as 2nd‐in‐command or leading packages / smaller projects.
* Strong Revit and Adobe skills, confident mentoring others in Revit.
* Design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams.
* A true passion for design and desire to contribute to the Architectus studio culture.
* Collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
