You'll play a key role in Technology Central, a newly formed team that oversees functions such as Business Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Learning, Brand, Communication and Employee experience.

**What role will you play?**

Design and curate engaging, relevant, and effective learning content, and facilitate in-person and digital development experiences. You will be responsible for driving learning and measurement of capability uplift across technology development programs. You will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, providing data-driven talent insights and recommendations for improvements.

Working with internal and external stakeholders you will use your agile mindset and human-centered design (HCD) capabilities to develop and implement innovative learning experience strategies and programs aligned with the Technology division's goals and objectives. You will drive continuous improvements and provide data-driven talent insights and have the opportunity to work on key projects on behalf of the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

- A proven understanding of instructional design and learning principles, alongside industry insights,
- Be proactive in driving the learning agenda and be able to prioritize and manage multiple programs of work,
