* Pay Rates: $34 – $36 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Working across chlorinator, pump, and bagging lines
Maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
Ensuring product quality and following safety procedures
Ideal candidates will have assembly experience or handy, mechanical skills
Training provided — most team members are productive within 30 minutes
90% of current staff had no prior experience in pool equipment assembly
Performing pick packing and quality inspection of injection-moulded parts
Identifying defective or low-quality components
Focusing on packing accuracy and attention to detail
Previous injection experience not required — full training provided
Your Profile
Able to complete repetitive, hands-on tasks efficiently and safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Physically capable of working on their feet for extended periods
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures and instructions
Reliable and punctual, with a solid work ethic
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or pick packing preferred but not essential
Candidates with general handy or mechanical skills are highly regarded
