About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our shop team. Your role will involve:
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising
Assisting customers and promoting our services, including Gift Aid
Handling company paperwork, including cashing up and banking
Training and supporting volunteers
Sorting and preparing donated stock
Traveling between shops as needed
Supporting shop management and ensuring health and safety compliance
Managing the shop in the absence of the Manager
Representing the company's values through personal conduct
