SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Our administrative teams are integral to the seamless operation of our business. With a diverse range of complex and challenging projects underway at any given time, we require professionals who excel at ensuring the right information is accessible, accurate, and delivered on time.
This role reports directly to our Equipment & Maintenance Manager and suits a proactive individual who embraces challenges and performs confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The position is based at our Henderson, Perth office on a full-time, Monday–Friday basis, with flexible working arrangements available.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Maintenance department
* Coordinating and scheduling maintenance work orders, service requests, and repair activities
* Liaising with key stakeholders and internal departments to facilitate the timely completion of tasks and deliverables
* Collecting, maintaining, and processing documentation and data with a high degree of accuracy
* Supporting the planning, documentation, and tracking of compliance requirements and obligations
* Serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance, workshop, and office-related enquiries from site personnel, contractors, and suppliers
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Demonstrated professional experience with departmental administrative systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
* A minimum of two years' experience in a maintenance or workshop administrative support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
* Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be highly regarded: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining
