We are seeking a full-time permanent tenancy officer, with a passion for providing high quality tenancy and property management services, to join our tenancy team. This position is based in Bridgewater and will deliver tenancy management services to people in social and affordable accommodation.

Your Role:
•Support the Tenancy Team Leader by ensuring the delivery of high quality, effective and compliant tenancy management.
•Ensure property management services are delivered in a manner that supports program objectives by providing sustainable tenancies to eligible tenants.
•Develop a positive and collaborative relationship with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
Selection Criteria:
•Previous experience in a similar social/public housing or property management position. Qualifications in property management are highly desirable.
•A demonstrated understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997.
•Well-developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to maintain a customer service focus with people from different backgrounds.
•Demonstrated ability to work with information and data systems and an ability to maintain data and records appropriately.
•Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•A willingness to undertake the relevant employee screening process, including the provision of a National Police Criminal History check and a Working with Vulnerable People Card
•A current unrestricted Drivers Licence
