Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social (WHV Welcome!)
Recently landed in Sydney? We’re partnering with a global direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand known for its blend of creative storytelling and data-driven performance.
We love the energy and expertise that international talent brings to our team. In fact, our previous Digital Marketing Specialist joined us on a Working Holiday Visa and did such an incredible job that they have just been promoted! We are now looking for our next specialist to step into the role and own our paid social growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Paid Social: Own Meta campaigns end-to-end - planning, optimising, and creative testing to hit cost targets.
* Partnerships: Manage commercial partnership campaigns, coordinating offers and creative approvals.
* Agencies: Oversee agency support for search and affiliate channels to keep pacing and budgets on track.
* Creative Briefing: Collaborate with design to ensure ads are on-brand and performance-ready.
* Insights: Track and report on results to shape future strategy.
About You:
* 3+ years’ experience in digital acquisition or paid media.
* Confident managing Meta in-house and coordinating external agencies.
* Commercially minded and live for testing, learning, and iterating.
* Comfortable managing partners and presenting data at pace.
