The role: You’ll join a high-performing Banking & Finance team that advises banks, syndicates, companies, and joint ventures on complex and high-value transactions. Expect exposure to a diverse range of matters, including: Corporate and commercial finance; Property and construction finance; Fund and asset finance; Receivables financing; and Advisory work across PPSA, M&A, and corporate governance. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside a senior partner with over 35 years’ experience leading intricate finance and commercial matters—someone known for their deep technical expertise, practical advice, and mentoring approach. Open to practitioners admitted in any Australian state or New Zealand (willing to be located in Sydney). About you: You’re a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate (2–6 years’ PQE) with solid grounding in banking & finance, or commercial law. You’re commercially astute, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others.
