Sales and Operations Manager
As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. This includes driving sales growth, training and developing your team, ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance, and working alongside other management staff to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Store Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
* Driving Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
* Team Development and Motivation: Train, develop, and motivate your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Hygiene and Food Safety: Ensure that all aspects of food safety and hygiene are maintained at the highest level, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaboration with Management: Work closely with other management staff to achieve company goals, share best practices, and support each other in times of need.
