About the Role
- Architect and implement a Playwright automation framework from scratch.
- Design automated test coverage for user access scenarios (RBAC) within a surgical planning web app.
- Validate visibility of UI elements based on user roles, permissions, and feature flags.
- Collaborate with devs, QA, and business analysts to understand role configurations and access rules.
- Create readable, maintainable tests with solid reporting and integration hooks.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines to run tests in various environments.
- Establish best practices, documentation, and code quality standards.
About You
- 5 + years with Python
- Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch (preferably with Playwright).
- Deep understanding of RBAC testing and user permission scenarios.
- Experience testing SPAs or complex web apps.
- Familiarity with feature flag-driven development and UI conditionals.
- Excellent communication skills — you’ll be working closely with a cross-functional, remote team.
