We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Mildura branch. At Burson, you're never just a number—you'll be part of a supportive, close‐knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
- Providing a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
- Assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
- Supporting the Store Manager
- Leading and supporting your team
Qualifications
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team workplace
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
- OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
- Current full drivers license
