Based at Dundowran Quarry near Hervey Bay
We have an exciting, permanent, full‑time opportunity for an experienced Crusher Plant Operator to join our high performance Quarries business. You will be part of a team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our quarry crushing plant equipment.
Responsibilities
* Safe operation of crushing plant equipment and other quarry mobile plant as required (Haul Truck, Excavator and/or Front End Loader and Dump Truck)
* Basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
* Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
* Participation in safety initiatives including pre‑starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
Qualifications
* Experience in crushing plant operation
* Trade background beneficial
* Truck licence advantageous but not essential
* Quarry experience highly regarded, other fixed plant processing experience considered
* Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
* Availability to work Monday to Friday
