Position Available: Casual Housekeeper
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a clean and safe environment at VSP.
Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning, emptying bins, vacuuming, making beds, and laundry.
Assist with the setup of facilities according to hirers' requirements.
Open and close venue and facilities as needed.
Greet, direct, and liaise with hirers to provide excellent service.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team for cleaning of rooms, offices, and complex amenities.
Complete reporting including but not limited to incident, damage and first aid
Note - This role will require you to handle hazardous liquids and detergents in a safe and proper manner
Essential Criteria and Experience:
Experience in housekeeping and or venue and facility cleaning and maintenance
Experience in working with chemicals
Demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Other Requirements:
Working with Children Number for paid workers (ability to obtain).
Commitment to FNSW values, behaviors, and culture.
Current/valid NSW driver’s license.
Ability to work unique hours, including weekends and evening work as required.
