Job Description:
As a Home Care Employee, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that empowers our clients to live a full and active life. This includes assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, social activities, personal care, and domestic assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personalized care and support to clients
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and personal care
* Transporting clients to appointments and social events
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or equivalent qualifications
* Compassionate interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
* Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
* Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle
* Time management skills and reliability
* Ability to work with minimal to no supervision
