Overview The Department of Banking and Finance, Monash Business School, Melbourne, Australia, is seeking to recruit top academic faculty to tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer) level, starting July 1, 2026.
We are seeking faculty who will produce outstanding research in finance and have a commitment to quality teaching.
Applicants should possess or be near completion of a PhD in finance.
