The Role The role of the Legal Assistant to the Partner and Associates within the Planning & Environment Practice Group offers the opportunity to showcase initiative and high-level problem solving. Provide integral organisational support for the team serving clients such as developers, business owners, local government authorities, state and federal government, energy providers, mining companies and land owners. Duties Organise travel arrangements, conferences and group activities Oversee and manage all case files Coordinate calendars and book all meetings Conduct monthly billing, invoices and financial reporting Liaise with relevant parties and external stakeholders to advance matters Skills & Expertise Minimum 12 months' up to date relevant experience in a law firm A proactive and team player attitude Strong adaptability to changing needs of team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Culture & Benefits Our client truly values a collaborative, inclusive culture.
