Trade Account Manager Job Description
This role offers a mix of new business development and existing account management opportunities. As a Trade Account Manager, you will service existing client base, seek and establish new account opportunities, organise daily work schedule to call on existing clients and potential clients, seek out trade opportunities for the business, follow up quotations and develop business relationships with team members, customers and suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent negotiation, time management, and organisational skills, a positive attitude with high energy and a proven track record of achieving results, knowledge of building and hardware products, client base management, well-developed written and verbal skills and understanding of plan reading and quantity take-offs.
