Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management role based in Perth, WA. The Manager will oversee and drive team performance, ensure achievement of project objectives, and maintain client satisfaction. Responsibilities include team leadership, project planning, vendor and client management, and adherence to compliance and budget requirements. The Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements and foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
* Strong project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
* Proficiency in budget management and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Strategic thinking with an aptitude for problem-solving and implementing process improvements
* Relevant academic qualifications in Business Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in the construction or built environment sectors is highly advantageous
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
