About the Position
As the organisation continues to grow we're looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to lead the launch of services as the Team Lead Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage own caseload in areas of interest to you
* Providing therapy/assessment services in clinic or community settings
* Provide support with service development and team growth
* Facilitate clinical supervision and mentoring to junior clinicians
* Collaborating as part of a team to achieve client‐centred practice
* Participating in education training sessions, team meetings, etc

* Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA)
* Clinical experience working within the disability sector or paediatrics
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and reporting
* Minimum of 4 years experience working as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong understanding of NDIS Framework
