We work closely with builders, architects and interior designers who care about detail, reliability and the experience their clients have long after handover.
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to represent RainCo across Melbourne.
This is a field-based role focused on building genuine, long-term relationships with the design and construction community.
What you will do
* Build and grow relationships with builders, architects and interior designers across Melbourne
* Visit studios, offices and sites to introduce RainCo and support active projects
* Become deeply fluent in our product range, finishes, specifications and compliance
* Support designers and builders through the selection process, not just the sale
* Identify new opportunities and help grow RainCo's B2B network in a meaningful way
* Represent the brand with confidence, care and professionalism in every interaction
The RainCo way
This role is not about dropping off samples and chasing orders.
You will be trained directly by the founder and brand lead in how RainCo approaches product, relationships and design conversations.
You will learn how to:

* Are curious about architecture, interiors and how products are actually used in homes

* Are organised, self-driven and comfortable managing your own territory

Previous experience in sales, specification, building products, interiors or construction is highly regarded.
