Our client is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking tasks associated with the maintenance of commercial, industrial and government properties within the Adelaide metro area and surrounding suburbs.
The role will involve general maintenance and repair works, emergency call outs and preventative maintenance. Someone with experience across a broad range of areas would be suited for the role. You will be required to document and complete paperwork, so being able to work with laptop or iPad would be required.
**You will be provided**:
- Mobile phone or phone allowance

- A trade qualification
- Experience with maintenance works preferably in commercial or government environments
- Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Recent Police clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Working with children check or the ability to obtain one
- The ability to operate effectively within a team and work unsupervised.
- Commitment to WHS
- Solid communication and customer service skills with a commitment to client service
- Experience using online/mobile job management systems such as Simpro would be an advantage
