We are seeking a commercially astute General Manager to lead the flagship venue and play a key role in shaping future growth.
This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. You'll build the systems, culture and operational rhythm that deliver a consistently premium, personalised member experience, while laying the foundations for future growth.
You'll work closely with founders, influence strategic decisions, and lead a business where wellbeing meets longevity science.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Operations & Experience:
* Deliver a consistently premium member experience.
* Lead Health Club operations, Physio & Rehab, Restore & Recovery, Longevity Services and Retail.
* Maintain high-quality standards, SOPs and a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Drive Growth & Performance:
* Lead Marketing and Sales systems to generate and convert leads.
* Own the CRM (Mindbody Lead Manager) and weekly sales reporting.
* Manage P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting and operational dashboards.
Build Culture & Capability:
* Lead and support the Clinic Services Manager, Marketing Manager, Head Keeper and wider team.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering and payroll approval.
* Foster a positive, accountable and connected team culture.
Strengthen Systems & Infrastructure:
* Oversee IT systems including Mindbody, Xanda, Google Workspace and Xero.
* Ensure operational documentation, compliance and facility standards are upheld.
* Chair weekly management meetings and run regular 1:1s.
Contribute to Innovation & Programs:
* Support the evolution of key programs such as Well On Track, Bone Strong and Healthy Lungs.
* Bring insights, data and member feedback into ongoing program development and R&D.

* A confident, charismatic leader with strong communication skills and commercial drive.
* Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
* Highly organised, systems-driven and known for strong attention to detail.
* Digitally confident (CRM, data and emerging tools) and quick to learn new platforms.
* Genuinely committed to wellbeing and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
