We're partnering with this leading Sutherland Shire agency to find an enthusiastic Sales Associate .

What you'll be doing
* Support the sales team with day‑to‑day activities, including open homes, inspections, and client communication.
* Assist with appraisals, listing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
* Follow up with prospective buyers and manage enquiry flow.
* Help coordinate property marketing, including photography, floorplans, and online listings.
* Contribute to the sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client service.
What we're looking for
* 1–2 years' experience as a Sales Associate, Assistant, or similar real estate role.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to take on more responsibility.
* Understanding of the sales process and basic real estate legislation.
* Current Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent (NSW) and reliable transport.
