Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior hotel or hospitality management, focusing on operations and profitability.
* Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximisation.
* Strong leadership to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in guest relations and delivering high customer service standards.
* Proficiency in hotel management systems and P&L analysis.
* Knowledge of Body Corporate and strata management processes.
* Strong organisational and time management skills for multiple priorities.
* Commitment to workplace health and safety compliance.
* Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
