Role:
As the Digital Project Manager, your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Align projects with broader customer experience objectives
- Own end-to-end project delivery for loyalty, membership, and CX initiatives
- Lead a range of teams - product, marketing, UX/UI, technology etc.
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable advantages
- Champion Agile ways of working
Your background and skills:
As the Digital Project Manager, you will have a mix of the following experience:
- Experience delivering similar projects - e.g, customer experience, loyalty, and membership.
- Track record delivering projects with measurable outcomes
- Ability to connect delivery to CX and business goals
