Project Coordinator Role
As a key member of the Energy Markets Cyber Coordination team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with workload tracking, schedules, milestones, and key tasks across multiple streams.
* Managing Jira boards and Confluence spaces to ensure timely updates to monthly/quarterly cycles, actions, issues, and documentation.
* Organising internal and external meetings, forums, and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and post-meeting action tracking.
* Defining and maintaining document version control, risk and issue registers, and documentation in accordance with governance requirements.
* Reviewing new project proposals, monitoring the workload pipeline, and reporting on ongoing delivery workload status.
* Documenting and tracking risks that can affect project quality, scope, time, and budget, in accordance with the project plan and corporate KPIs.
* Raising and tracking purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing procurement workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise finance system.
* Documenting problems and issues; managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned while collecting and disseminating relevant information.
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in project coordination, administrative, or PMO support roles, ideally within cybersecurity, energy, or regulated industries.
* Must possess procurement and project management skills, financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in tracking activities across multiple workstreams.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems for raising POs and processing invoices.
* Experience supporting teams using tools such as SharePoint and the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for documenting meetings, reporting, and liaising with stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the energy sector, critical infrastructure, or government-related cybersecurity programs.
* Preferred - Knowledge of security control and maturity frameworks relevant to the energy sector. Ability to travel interstate and work flexible hours.

Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to attain and maintain appropriate national security clearance levels.
