Associate Consultant (full-time) | Recruitment
Beaumont&Beaumont is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Consultant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a final-year tertiary student, a recent graduate, or an experienced professional with a background in practice management in professional services.
About the role
Beaumont&Beaumont is a small, tight-knit team based primarily in Canberra, with some staff working interstate. Associate Consultants provide support directly to the Principal Consultants and the Chief Executive Officer on assisted recruitment, executive search, permanent placements, and contract/labour hire arrangements. We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality, and integrity. Our work largely involves the Commonwealth Public Service, engaging positively with CEOs, Agency Heads, Statutory Office Holders, and Senior Executives and their offices daily.
Typical duties include:
1. Proofing documents, drafting job ads, reports, proposals, and tenders;
2. Scribing shortlisting meetings and interviews, as well as conducting referee checks;
3. Stakeholder engagement with clients and candidates;
4. Conducting market research;
5. Reviewing applications and contributing to shortlisting;
6. Basic legislative and policy research to ensure processes comply with relevant requirements; and
7. Ad hoc administrative duties and data management as required.
