With a growing diverse portfolio of quality animal identification and technology products, Fofia Australia is expanding its reach in the Australian Market. The primary focus of this role will be selling the core livestock identification products such as NLIS and Visual identification products as well as the company's proprietary technology products. Fofia has an enviable product development pipeline that will ensure it's relevance and growth into the future.

The specific territory which this positions will be responsible for is Central NSW. Key responsibilities: -
Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors, farmers and key opinion leaders.
Encourage new users to adopt Fofia products.
Deliver on sales objectives and other KPI's as set for the role.
Territory planning, plan execution and reporting.
Participation in industry events at which sales objectives and results are able to be leveraged.
Remain abreast of factors influencing the industry.
Develop and practice strong sales capabilities, and/or a desire to learn and establish these skills.
The ideal candidate may have, but is not limited to: -
Experience in a similar role in the livestock industry or in agribusiness generally, not essential, but highly regarded, new graduates in livestock, veterinary or agriculture related disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
An affinity with livestock production in Australia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written and via the use of technology.
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
A sales hunter with a will to win and the ability to work autonomously, without direct supervision.
Tertiary qualifications in an agricultural, veterinary science or animal science discipline, or similar will be highly regarded.
A willingness to travel regularly and extensively throughout the allocated territory.
