Job Title: Digital Media Sales Executive – Hospitality

The Caterer is the leading B2B digital and events portfolio for the hospitality sector, currently seeking a Digital Media Sales Executive to drive growth plans through sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop product knowledge of The Caterer’s digital media offerings and services.
2. Train in approved sales tactics and approaches.
3. Acquire new clients through various means, including leads, cold calls, relationships, and promotional events.
4. Deliver skilled sales pitches to secure sales.
5. Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to clients.
6. Negotiate costs and detail pricing when necessary.
7. Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order details.
8. Record keeping: add notes to records for each client call or meeting.
9. Track every media purchase to ensure accurate and timely completion.
10. Maximize sales and meet revenue targets in both short and long term.
11. Maintain excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio.
Additional Duties
1. Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences to network and generate more sales opportunities.
2. Meet with clients for presentations or to discuss contract terms.
3. Participate in tradeshows or industry events as required.
Requirements
1. Previous digital media sales experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, likeability, confidence, driven and highly motivated personality.
3. Ability to handle rejection and persist in challenging situations.
4. Skill in finding innovative solutions and adapting to changing market conditions.
5. Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
6. Consistent in meeting deadlines and fulfilling commitments.
