About the Role
We are seeking a
Microsoft Security Consultant / Senior Consultant
to design, implement, and optimise security solutions across Microsoft environments. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping clients strengthen their security posture through cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Own, lead and deliver Microsoft security projects from planning through execution.
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft security solutions and roadmap.
* Design and implement security controls across Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), On-Prem AD, and Azure environments.
* Review and research regularly on new features in Microsoft Security
* Develop strong alliance with Microsoft
* Help drive new offering in Microsoft Security space
* Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and related security tools.
* Implement Microsoft Purview Information Protection policies and data governance frameworks.
* Architect and operationalise Zero Trust security models.
* Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and remediation planning.
* Collaborate with client teams to secure cloud and hybrid environments.
* Stay current with Microsoft security technologies and best practices.
* Contribute thought leadership through blogs, articles, and research on emerging Microsoft security capabilities.
* Assist in developing new Microsoft service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience with Microsoft security technologies and cloud platforms.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), On-Prem AD, and hybrid identity setups.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender suite, and Microsoft Purview.
* Solid understanding of Azure architecture and security principles.
* Expertise in Zero Trust frameworks and implementation strategies.
* Background in system administration or cloud engineering with a security focus.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Qualifications
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500).
* Experience with Active Directory, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management.
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
* Consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
* Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
