We are seeking a Senior Associate Architect with the capability to lead the delivery of complex defence projects and play a key role in strengthening a high-performing team.
This position is well-suited to an accomplished architect with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and guiding projects through all stages of delivery. You will bring a deep understanding of working in secure or highly regulated environments, a strong grasp of compliance frameworks, and a proven ability to engage clients and stakeholders at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful delivery of large-scale defence projects from inception through completion.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a growing team of architects and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in all project documentation and delivery processes.
- Build strong client relationships while providing trusted leadership and strategic oversight.
- Manage key stakeholders.
