The Role
We are seeking a motivated Experienced Graduate Architect or Project Architect to join our team full-time. You will contribute to projects from early concept through to delivery and gain exposure to a variety of project types, from large multi-residential towers to smaller-scale developments. This role offers hands-on experience in design, documentation, project coordination, and leadership, supporting your pathway toward architectural registration (if not already registered).
Key Responsibilities
* Assist or lead in preparing concept designs, feasibility studies, and client presentations
* Develop design documentation, specifications, and working drawings using Revit (or ArchiCAD) and Adobe Creative Suite
* Collaborate with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the design process
* Contribute to contract documentation, tender submissions, and project coordination
* Participate in site inspections and monitor design compliance and quality
* Research site conditions, planning requirements, and building regulations
* Support the team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (recognised in Australia)
* 1–2+ years relevant experience for Experienced Graduate; 4+ years or more for Project Architect
* Proficiency in Revit (or ArchiCAD) and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and architectural documentation
* Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
* Registered Architect or interest in pursuing registration in Australia
