About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key duties include:
* Data entry using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
* Delivering strong customer service and maintaining client relationships
* Managing incoming and outgoing emails
* Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
* General administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing)
* Assisting the Directors with day-to-day operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have experience using Windows and iOS systems
* Have prior experience with QuickBooks (accounting/data entry)
* Be proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
* Be able to work independently and remain productive
