Seeking a collaborative leader with expertise in capital works project management to join our infrastructure solutions team.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising multiple projects, ensuring safe and high-quality outcomes. You will lead project planning, cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and implement effective project plans, risk management strategies, and performance reports.
* Lead cross-functional teams and foster innovation through collaboration and problem-solving.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including delivery partners, design teams, and clients.
* Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You
You should have a proven track record of managing capital works projects in multi-disciplinary environments. Combine technical skill with leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on safety and quality.
* Project Management experience in the water or utilities sector is highly regarded.
* Cert IV or higher Project Management qualifications are desirable.
* Previous experience in managing major and minor capital works projects is essential.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are crucial.
