About the Role
We're now seeking an Instructional Designer to create dynamic eLearning experiences that help our people and brands at Retail Zoo grow, develop and perform at their best. In this role, you will work within the Retail Zoo Learning and Development team to design and develop engaging learning solutions, from 3–4 minute learning hits to in-depth 20-minute courses.
We think the candidate of our dreams will have:
* High level of experience in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise
* High level of attention to detail
* Owning and managing video production, including storyboard creation, shooting, reviewing and editing
* Producing materials within timeframes aligned with project schedules
* Sound knowledge in creating user friendly modules, with accessibility at the forefront
* Creativity and confidence to propose new ideas to improve and elevate our content
* Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to create and review content
You will be exceptionally organised, resilient, responsive and capable of change. You love rolling your sleeves up, can translate learning needs identified at store & restaurant level into strategic learning outcomes. You can hit the ground running and will be able to work within tight deadlines.
