We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with our leadership team to embed and oversee our Quality and Clinical Governance Framework.
* Develop and implement high-quality, evidence-based practices and evaluation processes that monitor, measure, report, and inform continuous improvement activities and compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Great Client Experience outcomes across the organisation.
* Demonstrate understanding and commitment to creating sustained culture and behaviour change as the key to improving the care experience for clients.
