About The Role As a Change Manager in Group Risk, you’ll play a key role in driving the delivery of critical outcomes, with a particular emphasis on Non-Financial Risk (NFR) workstreams. This role requires deep expertise in operational risk and risk management. Experience working on Enforceable Undertakings (EU) is highly desirable.

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week
What will your day look like?
- Designing and implementing change strategies to support NFR-related remediation initiatives under the APRA EU (Enforceable Undertaking) program.
- Leading change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across business units and risk teams.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive change plans, including communications, training, engagement, and readiness activities.
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Risk SMEs, and the business to ensure change is integrated into project delivery and aligned to the Risk Management Framework.
- Establishing sustainable change practices that support the embedding of operational and compliance risk improvements.
- Preparing high-quality communication materials and change artefacts for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Actively contributing to risk culture uplift by supporting behavioural change and leadership alignment.
- Monitoring change effectiveness through feedback loops, change readiness assessments, and sustainability reviews.
What will you bring?
- Relevant years of experience in change management, ideally in financial services, risk, or regulatory settings
- Proven track record leading change for operational risk, compliance, or non-financial risk programs
- Experience with APRA-led remediation or transformation initiatives (Enforceable Undertaking experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and the Three Lines of Defence model
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive level
- Ability to turn complex regulatory changes into clear, practical messaging and adoption strategies
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and how they fit into project delivery
- Outstanding communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
