About the role:
* Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects
* Track and monitor revenue targets
* Uphold work health and safety duties on site
* Obtain and retain a strong trade base
* Perform safety and quality inspections regularly
* Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business
* Contribute to a strong team culture
About you:
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes
* Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
* Confident but humble in your own ability
* High attention to detail
* Able to work independently and problem solve
* Self-motivated and organised
* Bring with you an existing trade base
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong understanding and knowledge of the NCC and referenced Standards
* A trade or scheduling background
* Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction
* White/Blue Card
* C class license
* Registered Building Practitioner will be looked upon favourably
