Job Title:
A key role in supporting customer success through effective product information, issue resolution, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via shared inbox
* Verifies product availability and communicates with customers or sales teams
* Covers shipments with Logistics team
* Initiates new customer setup in Enterprise Resource Planning system
* Completes New Customer Application in Sales Force Automation platform
* Handles customer returns (RMA) according to company policies and addresses customer complaints
* Supports sales team members with samples and supplies
* Cordinates Customers invoicing and crediting with Finance team as per Manual Credit and invoicing process
* Co-ordinates with finance request for pro-forma invoices for prepaid accounts
* Uploads supplier Invoices in Coupa platform
* Initiates the setup of New Vendors
Requirements:
* Two or more years of customer service experience in an instrumentation company, preferably in medical devices;
* Prior experience with manufacturing and distribution is desirable;
* Must have had experience with an ERP system entering orders;
* Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access;
* Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential;
Work Environment:
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
