Australian Native Products (ANP) is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Business & Sales Coordinator to support our global operations, with a particular focus on the China market.
As the world's leading supplier of Lemon Myrtle, ANP partners with top brands across food, wellness, and personal care sectors. We are proud to represent Australia at Expo 2025 Osaka, and continue to drive growth across multiple locations in Australia and internationally.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between the Australian-based team and our team and distributors based in China. You will provide bilingual technical and administrative support, manage export documentation, and coordinate both internal office needs and external-facing events such as trade shows and expos.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the China market by liaising with our local salesperson and distributors, handling product, quality, and logistics queries
- Translate technical documents and sales materials between Mandarin and English
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including CIQs, HS codes, and invoices
- Maintain accurate sales and order data in the CRM system
- Coordinate internal meetings, travel, and scheduling for staff and visitors
- Assist with marketing tasks such as printing brochures and preparing event kits
- Organise external events including trade shows, expos, and customer visits
- Provide general office support and contribute to improving administrative processes
**About You**
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written communication in both
- 2-5 years' experience in admin, sales support, or technical coordination
- Strong attention to detail, with good document and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage priorities across multiple teams
